Windsor Weekend 26 – Event Schedule

Thursday

  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Early entry for racers participating in Friday’s private daytime test session.

    • Entry is limited to racers and their tow rig crew only.

    • No spectators will be admitted during this time.

Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Continued entry for Friday private test participants only.

    • Racers and tow rig occupants only — no spectators.

  • 3:00 PM – Gates Open to Public

    • Upon arrival, all vehicles will be checked in at the road and directed to either the Racer Line or Spectator Line.

    • Spectators with camping passes will be allowed into the campground starting at 10:00 AM, but general spectator access begins at 3:00 PM.

Entry Process:

  • Prepaid Guests (with wristbands, passes, etc.):

    • Will be checked in while in line and may wait for gates to open at 3:00 PM.

  • Racers:

    • Use the Racer Line, proceed to the Box Office to collect tech cards and other materials.

    • Return to your vehicles and wait for the 3:00 PM gate opening.

  • Gate Flow at 3:00 PM:

    • Racers enter first, followed by spectators.

    • After the initial 3:00 PM entry wave, all arrivals will be processed first-come, first-served.

Please follow staff directions to ensure a smooth entry process.

  • Gates Close at 11:00 PM

Saturday

  • 8:00 AM – Gates Open

  • 9:00 AM – Time Trials Begin

  • Heads-Up Qualifiers (tentative):

    • 11:00 AM

    • 1:00 PM

    • 3:00 PM

  • Eliminations:

    • 4:00 PM

    • 6:00 PM

    • 8:00 PM

  • Show Cars: On track around 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Sunday

  • 8:00 AM – Gates Open

  • 9:00 AM – Time Trials Begin

  • Eliminations to follow

RACE CLASSES

ADDITIONALS

Just a reminder that these classes, with the exception of High Roller and Jr Dragster, are Windsor/Essex County ONLY.

Race entry includes car and driver. Everyone else needs a Spectator Ticket.

Each race entry, except Trophy Class, will receive 2 pit parking stickers. Trophy Class gets 1 pit parking sticker.

Racers, you must purchase weekend racing. If you are not staying for Sunday, you will be refunded the Sunday portion of your race entry. 
You must exit the facility prior to 9:00am on Sunday to get your Sunday portion back.
